AI agents that source, screen and shortlist for you.

Describe the role once. Monsoon searches 100M+ profiles and tens of millions of real resumes, reaches every candidate by call, WhatsApp and email, and runs your interviews through to the offer.

The hire, step by step
01Source

The whole market, searched in minutes.

  • Describe the role in a sentence. Dexter writes the brief, the must-haves and the screening questions.
  • It searches your own pool and India's market: 100M+ profiles and tens of millions of first-party resumes.
  • Every profile is read on 30+ signals, so pay, notice, skills and career moves are known before anyone is called.
  • You see your real pool size before the first call.
02Calibrate

Three profiles at a time, until you say "these are great".

  • Dexter shows you three strong fits and asks what you'd give each.
  • When you disagree, it asks where it went wrong and fixes the scoring guide.
  • Then it shows three more, and keeps going until you agree on all three.
  • Every weight is visible. Nobody is scored until you approve it.
03Shortlist

A shortlist you can defend, before anyone is contacted.

  • Every name is scored against your guide, with the reason written out.
  • You decide who gets reached. Nobody hears from Monsoon without your yes.
  • One link for the hiring manager, with salary hidden if you choose.
  • Comments stay on the shortlist, not in email threads.
04Reach

Everyone on your shortlist, reached overnight.

  • AI calls, WhatsApp and email in one sequence, on the channel each candidate answers.
  • Your own questions are asked in the conversation: pay, notice, and whatever matters for this role.
  • Every answer comes back into the shortlist, so you read answers, not CVs.
  • Outreach stops the moment someone replies.
05Interview

Through to the offer, with engagement you design.

  • Interview rounds are scheduled on the same job, in the same place.
  • Design the engagement flow: check-ins before each round, reminders, and a nudge when someone goes quiet.
  • An early warning when a candidate seems to be wavering, so you can act in time.
  • Feedback from every interviewer, offers and joining dates, all in one place.

Questions, answered.

Where does your data come from?

Most of it comes from people themselves: tens of millions of resumes uploaded by candidates who signed up, with about 300,000 more every month. It's enriched by data partners, and Dexter reads every profile on 30+ signals.

How is this different from a job board?

A job board gives you whoever applied. Monsoon searches the whole market, learns what good looks like for your role, reaches people who aren't applying anywhere, and brings back answers, not just CVs.

Does it replace my recruiters?

No. It takes the searching, screening, calling and chasing off their plate, so they spend their time deciding and closing. Dexter asks before changing anything.

How fast is the first shortlist?

You rate your first three candidates within minutes of describing the role. Outreach runs overnight, and the answers come back as people reply.

What can I ask candidates?

Anything that matters for the role. Pay, notice and location are built in, and you can add your own questions. Dexter asks them on the call, on WhatsApp or by email, and saves every answer.

What does it cost?

A platform fee, plus the resumes and outreach you use. Calibration and scoring are always included. Book a demo for a quote on your hiring plan.
